AARE was built on the belief that every one of our students deserves the opportunity to enter the real estate or lending industry with the tools and knowledge that will allow them to be successful.

Established in 2005, AARE has recruited a team of professionals with decades of experience in the Arizona real estate and lending industries.  We’ve sought highly experienced instructors with a wide array of unique skills and knowledge to offer a broad scope of education for our students.  Their experience and knowledge are key differences that separate AARE from other real estate schools.

Additionally, our curriculum is constantly fine-tuned to ensure we provide our students with the information they need to pass the state exam.  We don’t stop there though.  We also prepare our students to enter the real estate industry with a strong foundation of skills and knowledge that will help them be at the top of the field of new agents.  AARE’s Career Partner program also offers our students the opportunity to meet various leaders of agencies around Arizona who will share the programs they offer to new agents.

For continuing education, AARE has made renewing your license fun and informative again!  We offer dozens of exclusive classes that touch on current issues and topics while still meeting their renewal hour requirements.  We have also expanded our class offerings to go beyond real estate and lending.  From social networking to computer software classes, these “real-world” business classes are designed to help our students grow their businesses and improve their ability to market themselves.  We remain committed to staying on the leading edge of professional education!

We are dedicated to doing “Whatever It Takes” to ensure your Real Estate education is the best it can be!

We invite you to visit either of our campuses in Peoria or Scottsdale.  If you’re considering getting your real estate license we invite you to visit either of our campuses and sit in on one of our classes with no obligation.  We are confident you will find AARE to be a friendly and comfortable learning environment!  We look forward to meeting you!

State Treasurer, Dean Martin, Speaks on the Arizona Economy at recent AARE Lunch & Learn Event

Arizona State Treasurer, Dean Martin, recently spoke at AARE’s Feed Your Brain Luncheon.  Treasurer Martin spoke on the Arizona State Economy, the housing market, and its effects on real estate agents. According to Martin, Arizona currently has 40,000 homes that remain empty.  He expects the market to remain distressed for another 12-18 months. He noted that currently, 51.3% of Arizona homes are upside  down in value.

Despite the distressed market, Treasurer Martin did discuss some good news for real estate agents.  Martin feels the current condition of the market and economy provides opportunities for agents.  Nationally, retirement communities will be the first to recover and because of Arizona’s large retirement community, he feels we have seen the worst of the recession.  Arizona hit this bottom this past summer and Martin expects Arizona to experience a 2% growth by the end of the year.  While we still have a surplus of inventory as the job market recovers, Arizona is still a top choice for the relocation of businesses and families.  Those who have survived the worst stand to gain the most success as the economy recovers.  “Where there is misery, there is opportunity.”
